Implement a possibility to configure the ctrlChars option for dataset storage in DB2

When we enable the dataset storage in DB2 and attempt to pull in data warehouse data into a dataset, we get a failure to store the data due to DB2 complaining about ascii characters below 31.

CSV and Excel files seems to be stripped during upload, but when using a database as a source, we get an error message about a missing .gz file and then log files on the server pointing to the invalid characters while the 'ctrlChars' option is 'false'.

This option looks like it's on the 'create external table' statement in db2:

https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/db2/11.5?topic=statements-create-table-external

There may be valid use cases for line breaks in for example comment fields, so it would be valuable to be able to configure the options used to create the table when storing datasets in DB2.
