Ability to update visualization color palettes across multiple reports at once.

Problem: Our company just rebranded and we were able to update the majority of our Cognos reports with the MotioCI tool, templates, and HTML/CSS. However, we cannot find a way to do a bulk update of the chart colors in our visualizations. The only way we have been able to do so is by going into each report manually and selecting the chart colors and then replacing them with the new palette of colors. This is extremely time consuming.

Workaround: As mentioned above, we have to enter each report and update the chart palette colors from there. Since we have 1000s of reports, and no idea which contain charts and which do not, this will be very time consuming.

Solution: Add a bulk update option in Cognos that allows users to update multiple items across selected folders of reports at once. In this instance, updating all charts across specific folders to use a new color palette.

Value: This solution will save countless hours of work spent on updating UI elements. Furthermore, this solution could have updates in the future to include other elements to update in bulk.
