Hide option for dispatcher URL from past activities under My Schedules and Subscriptions

My Schedules and Subscriptions menu item is typically allowed for all consumer users with scheduling capability. Under Past activities window, report run details shows target dispatcher (URL) report run against, which shows app server name/IP and port number. Exposing this information to external consumer users is a serious security gap. In latest release, only way to address this security issue is to hide entire menu item, "My Schedules and Subscriptions", which takes away valuable feature from users to have consolidated view of their Schedules and activities.
