Extend Cognos SDK product documentation by information about SSL configuration

After freshly installing Cognos Analytics a custom java program using the Cognos SDK stopped working (SSL error)
The product documentation provided no hints to what the problem could be and how it can be resolved. Neither did it explain the correct way to configure SSL for the SDK.

It turns out that the Java certificate store of the ibm-jre did not accept the certificate used by Cognos because the Certificate Authorities of the 3rd party certificate were unknown.

The CAs can be imported by executing commands similar (but not equal to) this older documentation: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/cognos-analytics/12.0.0?topic=communications-enabling-ssl-db2-informix-databases

Having a complete documentation of the necessary steps for the SSL configuration of the ibm-jre could save a lot of time.
