Drill Through with a single click on datapoint in charts/visualizations in full interactive report mode

Currently if a drill through target is definied on a chart/visualization in a report which has full interactive mode ON, user always has to select the datapoint, go to toolbar/analyze/drill through targets and select a drill through target there even if there is only 1 target available. 

in full interactive mode OFF the drill through can be executed with a single click on the datapoint , if more drill targets are available a popup with selection for target should be provided. 

This lack of functionality makes drilling cumbersome and complicated and is hindering user adption of the product as it adds unnececessary complication and has zero advantages for end users.  Switching full interactive off is  not a solution as you loose all other features of this mode in the report.
