Allow Cognos Analytics portal authentication via API Key as a URL Parameter instead of the CAMUsername/CAMPassword/CAMNamespace parameters

With OIDC namespaces, the standard URL parameters for authenticating via URL do not work effectively due to redirects and MFA. This makes it challenging to authenticate directly via URL.

It would be idea if we could authenticate via an API Key in these situations, to allow for parameterised URLs based on the stored credential, with appropriate security to ensure it is not misused (perhaps a capability which needs to be explicitly enabled for a user account to perform this authentication).
