Please add rowspan and colspan as conditional style properties in list and crosstab cells

There are many times where I need to hide or show specific cells in crosstabs or lists. If I were to hide cells in the crosstab rows, other cells may cause the entire table to deform. This can be replicated quite easily by having
Node 1 | Node 2
------------------
Node 3

If Node 2 was set to display none, Node 3 will still have an incorrect colspan, causing the cells to jut out at the end of the crosstab.
