Allow multiple hierarchies in the Measure dimension of a Planning Analytics (PA) cube to be used in Cognos Analytics

We have a Planning Analytics cube where the Income Statement Measure Dimension has more than one hierarchy. This works fine in a Planning Analytics Exploration and also in Planning Analytics for Excel, but it does not work in Cognos Analytics. 

In the Cognos Analytics documentation at this link: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/cognos-analytics/12.1.0?topic=dscp-modifying-planning-analytics-data-source-have-only-one-measure-hierarchy  it says, "Cognos Analytics does not support PA data sources that use more than one measure hierarchy." The work-around is to specify a dimension with only 1 hierarchy as the 'Measure' dimension in the properties of the Cube, e.g. Version. While this means that you can now use the various hierarchies in the Income Statement Measure Dimension, the Version dimension is now the one which shows the ruler icon in Cognos Analytics. 

Cognos Analytics should have the ability to handle measure dimensions with multiple hierarchies or at least to default to the default hierarchy for the measure dimension.
