Add a tool to edit Report XML directly

There are a ton of times where editing an object XML is faster and easier than using the GUI. Not to mention times where you simply can't do what you need via the GUI (more advanced styles in classes for example). An inbuilt tool to edit XML would make my life significantly easier. While we CAN copy a report xml, make those changes, then reload it, saving the report would update the storeID which causes a ton of other issues. Something like the attached image, where the actions menu has a "Edit selected object XML" would be great.

Alternatively, maybe set it so loading a report XML DOESN'T force Cognos to consider it a new report? That would at least align it with Dashboarding. Updating the json there doesn't make Cognos think it's a new object, so saving it saves with the same store id.
