Enable Per-Namespace Logout URL Configuration with id_token_hint

We request the enhancement of IBM Cognos Analytics to support namespace-specific Logout URLs, rather than the current limitation of a single, global logout redirect. In environments utilizing multiple authentication namespaces (e.g., a mix of SAML, OIDC, and LDAP), a single global URL cannot accommodate the distinct sign-out endpoints required by different Identity Providers (IdPs). This feature is critical for Federal and enterprise clients to ensure strict security compliance and proper session termination. By allowing the Logout URL to be configured at the namespace level, Cognos would ensure that users are redirected to the correct, compliant logout page associated with their specific authentication method, preventing security gaps and improving the user experience in multi-namespace deployments.

Furthermore, the Logout workflow must be enhanced to support standard OpenID Connect parameters, specifically id_token_hint and post_logout_redirect_uri. As modern IdPs (e.g., Keycloak) strictly enforce these OIDC recommendations, Cognos needs to dynamically pass the original id_token during the logout request either implementing a backchannel logout process or through logout redirect urls. This is essential for valid session termination and preventing logout errors in strictly compliant environments.
