This is really an extension of the context switcher.
We submitted an enhancement to show the context switcher as tabs.
For example, the user has three reports open in edit mode.
Currently the context switcher makes it slow to copy content from one report to another.
You should have the option to show the context switcher as a menu, or as tabs like you see in every modern application. Even notepad and file explorer have tabs.
There should be another option to tile the context, so any content open is tiled into multiple windows,
