Enable data modules identifiers to be case insensitive to support compatibility with multiple database platforms

Data module migration from database (Oracle) with uppercase column names to database with lowercase column names (Databricks) or visa versa are not migratable. Validation errors are thrown in the data module for missing identifiers. This requires significant remapping, and testing of data modules, dashboards, and drill through reports which adds to the migration timeline.

Currently, Framework manager can handle this very well through best practices modelling or case change utility that ships with the product.

This could be resolved by either providing a toggle for data modules that allows the data module identifiers to be case insensitive, or a utility that allows the imported assets (which create a base data module) to be converted to either upper- or lower-case identifiers. The latter is less desirable as it would require to be run each time the metadata is refreshed which is prone to error. Case insensitivity toggle would be preferable.
