Add folders for queries and query items - CUG2026

When building large reports, it can become difficult to track all of the pieces. Folders would offer a great organizational mechanism. One of the largest reports I worked on had over 50 queries, and thousands of individual items. Simply scrolling through the queries pane was a nightmare, and I occasionally resorted to modifying the XML directly. If I were able to collapse a folder to hide items I didn't need to touch, it would make development so much easier and smoother.

The folder item doesn't need to be complicated. Name, description, and maybe an incrementing counter to show the number of items inside the folder. I've uploaded a mockup of what I'm talking about.

EDIT: Added CUG2026 as a cheap smart way to get more votes.

We submitted the same request 26 Mar, 2024. Which now has ~30 votes. The request is flagged as planned for future.

Not included in the body, but this should also be for the individual data items in the queries themselves. And filters. and slicers. If the logic is in place for one, it should be relatively painless to implement for the other areas.
