Enable search functionality within multi-select dropdown filters in Cognos dashboards.

Currently, Cognos dashboards support search functionality for single-select filters but not for multi-select dropdowns. This limitation requires users to manually scroll through long lists (e.g., work locations) to find and select values, which is inefficient and impacts usability.

The proposed idea is to introduce a search bar within multi-select dropdown filters, allowing users to quickly locate and select one or more values. This would align the behavior of multi-select filters with single-select filters and significantly improve the overall user experience.

Additionally, if a full enhancement is not immediately feasible, guidance on possible workarounds (e.g., alternative filter types or configurations) would be helpful.
