Creating multiple separate bursting folders using different location paths

We want to set up a new burst folder path where we would like to burst the reports into multiple automatically created folders.

For now this setting CM.OutputByBurstKey only works in conjunction with the CM.OutPutLocation which means all outputs for all saved reports would be saved to the file system. https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/cognos-analytics/12.1.x?topic=output-saving-report-files-in-cognos-software, regardless how many external output locations we have.

The end result is that all reports are saved/written to the file system, also these ones which has indicated "save" under run details.

Saving all reports to a single path is not the way as it would also override all other file paths (external locations). We do not want to have saved all reports in a single output location path, but rather use external file locations paths for bursting reports outputs.

So either CM.OutputByBurstKey should be working without CM.OutPutLocation or there should be another setting for it.
