Need an ability to set our own color to a specific value in treemap color by value visualization

currently the Tree map color by value visualization will represent the colors based on values in the map. but if we want specify a particular color to a specific value for example "white" color "zero 0" value there is no way.

This idea of controlling the heat palette by setting constants applies to other visuals as well. Another specific example would be the packed bubble visual. When drilling down, the same profit or loss percent(say 10%) can be green at one level and red at another level depending on the other relative values at that level. I would like a 10% loss at any level to be red.

When using the drill down functionality, I don't want a 20% loss to be red one level of the navigation path and not red on another level of navigation path.
