Wait, this started in 2017?? 5 YEARS and IBM still hasn't done anything to address truncation of result data in a search and select prompt?
You mean, giving users the ability to size or (auto-size) a simple prompt on a page is still not an out of the box default function? It must have some crazy Herculean effort involved! Way more complicated than adding Watson AI to the product.

when a search and select parameter is used for lists with a long # of characters, users need the ability to expand the search box in order to identify the correct selection.
5 years and still not working? why on earth is this not click and drag sizing on all prompts?
Anyone know if i can apply CSEARCH_AUTO_RESIZE_RESULT_LIST type of site setting for this in v11. Come on IBM.. The internet is filled with this topic. You keep on working days on new functionality but simple things like these are popping up in reporting every day.. Fix the easy things. Today. #nomorenewfunctionality #justfixtheproblems
This would also be useful to make the boxes larger as our data is longer - forcing users to use the scrollbar on any search to see what they are really looking for.
