Performance of complex reports against TM1 with MTQ>1

Having complex reports (ie. burst or complex reports with multiple pages and master details) against a TM1 datasource, can have major performance impact on the TM1 server, depending on the settings.
Behaviors that are experienced:
- each burst key execution takes longer than the one before. Performance is spend on the TM1 server
- when MTQ>1 on the TM1 server, the benefits are completely lost, resulting in high or even 100% CPU load

Though this can be improved by some additional parameters and removing MTQ, other applications against the same TM1 server can loose performance. It would be beneficial if TM1 & BI could interact in such situations better, without the need of setting additional parameters and leveraging from the MTQ parameter for BI also.
