Produce Cognos output in MS Word

Need to be able to run a report in OpenPages, and have the ability to edit it in MS Word.

We currently have a report designed that pulls from fields in multiple objects, designed to replicate an Operational Risk - RCSA report we used to produce in Word that ran up to approx. 15-20 pages. The draft report was circulated in the middle of the RCSA process, and finalized at the end.

Currently, as Word is not an option, we have to run the report, output to PDF, then convert the PDF to Word. In Word 2013, however much editing is required as the conversion is not clean. So far, Word 2013, is the best of the Word versions, but definitely sub optimal for our business users.
