Do not require a CAST for BLOB/CLOB content in DQM mode

Currently, we found out that BLOB or CLOB data fields are being automatically cut down to 1024 chars by IBM Cognos when used in reporting, via the new DQM mode. This is unacceptable.

A CLOB/BLOB field is used in data warehousing for the exact purpose of storing a text/data field of variable and potentially large size. That is, it can be empty, 100 byte, 1000 bytes, 100.000 bytes. The new and more efficient DQM mode should therefore never CAST such fields to a fixed size, as this defeats the purpose.

There should be also in IBM Cognos a container type for long text or data (image) content. And BLOB/CLOB should always be correctly handled and moved into this container type, without the need of a CAST.
