Show recently used packages when creating a new report in authoring

In Cognos 10 there were multiple ways to create a new report in Report Studio with pre-selected package. With Cognos 11 this has been changed in a negative manner. It is now more effort to initialize a new report in authoring. First you have to start authoring (New > Report), then select a template, then you can add a source (package) but the emerging window starts at the root level of the team content and we have to navigate to our package path, and this is the case even you already been in the right package path before starting report creation.

Cognos 10 has more convenient ways to do this:
1. Navigate into the package in Cognos Connection and start Report Studio. The report will start with the pre-loaded package.
2. There is a recently used dialog when you start Report Studio

We suggest to improve the product as follows:
1. Pre-Select the current package (if you are "in" the package) when creating a new report (this is consistent with C10 behaviour)
2. Reintroduction of the recently used feature when starting authoring (for example in the same window where you can choose a template)
