Log all move copy and delete operations in the Audit database

When multiple MOVE, COPY, or DELETE requests are made at the same time (e.g. multiple reports check marked when a delete request is made), only one of impacted objects is logged in the Audit database. These types of actions against objects (e.g. report deletes) are of interest to Cognos administrators but when multiple objects are effected by a single requests, then information is being lost from an Audio database perspective. This is also true when one of the operations (such as a DELETE) occurs on a "folder" object. The enhancement request is to log entries for all objects impacted by one of the above operations, those that were specifically selected as well as those that are impacted because they belong to a folder that was selected.
