Cognos 11 - Data Server UI Modification For Useability

In the Manage, Data Servers UI in Cognos 11, can I alter the config files and add a comment up top, right below "data servers"? If we're going to allow users to create data servers, I want to give them some guidance

And/or:
can I alter the config to add a comment under "Create new Connection" once the user chooses a data server type?

I want to tell the users how to name their connections.
