Allow users to define network location for saved output

System: Cognos BI
Actor: User requiring enhanced functionality

Cognos allows saving report output to the file system along a very narrow set of boundaries - the root can be defined in the Content Manager global confitg, and subdirectories can be added under that via Cognos Configuration. We currently used an old SDK product called PrintToFile from SpotOn which allows user to enter and validate a UNC when configuring a scheduled batch execution, with the end result of the saved output landing in the desired location outside of the Cognos archive root with no further config required by the Cognos admins - as long as the service account running the Cognos dispatcher service can read and write to the final destination, the user can set their job up to write to the location.
