Have Audit Log show when Report is cancled due to the Report Server Execution time limit.

The system has the following configuration setting on the Report Server service:
Maximum execution Time for the report service (seconds) = 3600

When reports hit this time limit, the Audit database (COGIPF_RUNREPORT) shows:
RSV-SRV-0063 An error occurred while executing the 'asynchRun_Request' command. RSV-SRV-0026 The request was cancelled."

This is the same message that is shown if the user runs a report and then clicks the cancel button manually. Because there isn't any simple way to differentiate between these two events, end-users (who only have access to the audit reports) don't have a way to determine if the user manually canceled the report or if it timed out. This makes it difficult for them to monitor user activity and system usability.
