Looking for full support for Multi-Member Multi-Level Hierarchical Dimension data in Workspace Advanced.

Currently, the support for Multi-Member Multi-Level Hierarchical (TM1) Dimension data seems to be missing or limited to one member at a time in WA. We understand that IBM has committed to “Differences in Cognos Workspace Advanced will be bridged in a future release to provide equivalent capabilities. “, but to be sure, we are looking for the equivalent to Analysis Studio Insertion Options (which supports Inserting with Details when selecting multiple-members) as well as Analysis Studio “Expand (member)” and “Down a Level” capabilities. These AS features are widely used by our company as 90% of our Dimensions contain Multi-Member, Multi-Level Hierarchical data.

Problems and limitations in Workspace Advanced include: 1. Insert Children does not work when multiple dimension hierarchy members are selected at a time (only works when one member is selected at a time). 2. Unable to build report with Rows “x” level Deep (capable in AS with the “Down a Level” function for all members in set). 3. Unable to build report with Rows at “x,y,z” hierarchy expanded (capable in AS with the “Expand” function for all members in set).
