Enable "Save as Report View" option on prompt page

The various toolbar option at the top right corner of the Cognos Viewer output page can only be utilized for the HTML format type reports. For the Excel and PDF format report as they are directly downloaded or opened without any output Cognos Viewer page, I do not get this options at all. Hence I would need these toolbar options (specifically the "Save as Report View") on the prompt page of the reports which will allow me and end users to save their personal copy of report views with their selected prompt choices
