Banner & Alerts on Connections Page.

Provide the option to setup and maintain a banner on the Connections page. This banner would have the flexibility to be setup with messaging to inform a user that report data was updated or not from batch.

The banner feature should made configurable to be updated via batch triggered. Similar to a trigger used for Scheduling a report off of.
