Avoid getting Context Filter Item rows created in IBM Cognos Workspace Advanced or any other Cognos Self Serve tools

In Self Serve Dashboarding/Reporting using IBM Cognos Workspace Advanced or IBM Cognos Insight, when we drag any elements from the model to the chart/graph/visualisation, for each of the dragged item, tool creates rows for all individual items dragged, by default.
They should give some workaround either to avoid getting those labels of rows created or give some alternate look so occupy less space on the workspace.
If our cube/model has many dimensions and if we drag them all, we can hardly see the graphs and all workspace gets clutterred with rows of context filter items.
