Improvements to Assistant AI

I feel the assistant is a step in the right direction, but there is much that can be done to improve the experience. Instead of relying on specified data sets, I'd like to define a series of default datasets that should be used unless otherwise specified. The assistant should also allow users to interact with the software on a more fundamental level. The assistant could be a great way of offering a PowerShell like framework, with extra smarts.

Ideally the closer the assistant is to Wolfram Alpha or Google Search, the more useful it would be. A real back and forth conversation will not only increase user satisfaction, it will also make it significantly more accessible. If the Cognos admins can use it as an intelligent command line, it should make administration tasks significantly easier.
