Unable to leverage saved values in report views in a report booklet

Current product functionality does not allow for the inclusion of multiple report views with different saved prompt values in a report booklet. As confirmed by Report Studio PM:
When Merge is selected parameter values that come from the booklet item are merged with parameter values that come from the report. If the same value exists for both the booklet item and the report the booklet item value is ignored.

What you are seeing in part is an extension of the above statement. In your case you have the same parameter in 3 booklet items. Since RSVP only keeps track of the parameter name a given parameter can have only 1 value therefore only 1 of the values from your 3 report views can be used.

When you run the booklet report do you specify prompt=true? Go to the advanced run options page and look at the prompt check box. If it is checked then you will get prompted even though there are parameter values stored in the reports. However you should see the prompt control populated with the stored value (in your case one of the stored values not all). When the prompt check box is cleared RSVP will try to render the report page skipping the prompt pages. However if you are missing parameter values RSVP will recover from this situation by rendering the prompt pages. This is because when the prompt run option is false it actually means 'only prompt if you have to' and 'have to' means the query is using a parameter for which no value is available.

The new desired functionality would allow for a third option for linked reports in a booklet: one that would allow them to retain their saved parameter values such that report authors can leverage different parameter values for the same report via different report views within a report booklet.
