ENH : Definable and Reusable subsets (public + private) in BI Reports

Today there is the possibility to define public subsets in BI Reports (Shared sets in 10.2.1) but we would like a more flexible functionality: private as well as public subsets //// BI subsets as well as subsets based on package elements (dimensions in TM1).

We have opened several Enhancement requests concerning this topic to propose different possibilities for a solution but this enhancement request gather them all to make sure the initial underlying need is understood.

Please find below the list of related Enhancement Requests:
- COGCQ00896452: Usage of shared sets in user private folders
- COGCQ00899639: Ability to create private sets for each dimension of a TM1 Package
- COGCQ00625140: Allow for import of TM1 subsets in to IBM Cognos BI

These sets are very similar to a Report View as they correspond to a saved selection of elements coming from the package/datasource.
Each set (saved elements selection) will be limited to one dimension and will only contain elements from this dimension.

Then the most interesting is to make these sets available from any reports. Today a report view is linked to a report and you cannot benefit from the parameters saved in a report view in another report view (apart if you copy it but it is not dynamic).

We would like these sets to be available from reports based on this package and we would like to have a prompt widget that will allow selecting them.

This request is crucial because today our users are creating a selection for a dimension in their report view and apply them on 15 different reports which have the same prompt for this dimension. If they modify the selection they have to modify it in all 15 report views.

With this enhancement request the sets will be defined once and associated to a package and will be available in all reports. If the set is changed in one place this will be automatically available on all reports.
