Adding members from the same hierachy to Context Filters removes Page Layers members

I have a case against the samples where we have two report pages each with a cross-tab driven by a separate query.

On page 1 I add a few members from Order Method in the Page layers section for Page 1.

Then on page 2 I add a few member from Order method in Context filters.

When I go back to page 1 the page layers member are no longer there.

I have reproduced this against the Powercube samples as well as the DMR sample on Cognos 10.2.1 FP2.

Customer said that they spent quite a bit of time designing a report and in their final stages they added some items as Context filters and found that the Page layers items were all gone.

This can be reproduced with any number of pages (even 1 page) in the report as long as the members belong to the same hierarchy i.e. if I added Camping Equipment and Mountaineering Equipment to the Page layers on page 1 and then added Cooking and Rope to Context filter on page 2 the Page layers items will disappear from page 1.
