Active report to have Select ALL without Default Data Card included.

Select All when defined in Data drop down list as ""No Value List Item"" will work if we define Default Data card and drap the charts or list again to this default card. Customers requirement to have Select All to work without setting Default Data Card property for Data Deck. As customer says reason behind this would be the AR size would increase significantly when the AR is already huge.
Size impact would be negligible in small Active Reports file but very significant for already big AR file size. For example some of ARs already reaching 18MB. Doubling the size to 36MB will shut off this AR One single AR file may already have dozens of charts.
