Allow a backup Notification server in Cognos Configuration

Allow an administrator to set a backup notification mail server. When the mail server is down for any reason, all notifications from the BI server go into 'Waiting' status. You also are unable to use Event Studio to trigger a notification to an administrator, because this notification would also not be sent.

The ideal situation would be to allow an administrator to set up a backup/failover notification server in the event the first server is unavailable.
