Managing and administering to Schedules in Cognos Administration console

We are having challenges managing the number of schedules that exist in
our environment. We have some questions around the management and
administraiton of schedules. If these possibilities do not exist via
advanced configuration parameters we would want to submit enhancement
request(s).

1. Is there any way to expire a schedule once the last change date on
it reaches X number of days ago?
2. Can we force the schedule to have a default expiry date that the
user cannot modify when creating/editing the schedule?
3. Along with this, looking for a way to deliver schedule expiry
notification to the user via email or notification in Cognos Conneciton.
4. In Cognos Administration - get output of the schedule search screen
to file and allow search by user, priority, active/disabled, expiration
date and/or no set expiration date. Expanded search also allows
expanded ability to perform mass changes via Cognos Administration.
