Cascading function needs to provide ability to cascade a default selection as well. ParamValue needs more flexibility

Prompts that not only cascade w/ other prompts but also allow prompts to trigger default selection of other prompts. (ie: Geography prompt when selected North America it will trigger the territories prompt to be populated with the North America territories. But also dynamically at that point you can select the default value for the territory prompt which in this case it would be the MUN for NA all, in another case it would be Japan ALL MUN.)
Also allow ParamValue function to be able to have an option to select the full MUN path or just the caption statement. Right now ParamDisplayValue and ParamValue are limited to what you can use in variable conditional logic. We may want to use the “display value” or the “use value” .. full MUN path or just the member caption. So forth.. it needs to be more flexible
