dynamic naming of report output

I need an option to send a scheduled report via email and the name of the attached report should contain a dynamically changing date string.
E.g.: report name stored in cognos connection is 'sales'. Report is scheduled and a filter is set to 'previous month'. When the schedule runs in December 2014 the attached report output should have the name 'sales_2014_11'.
With event studio I can accomplish to have a dynamically changing email header, but I also need a dynamically changing report name...

    The enhancement is essential for bursted reports.

    Just having a date based suffix is not enough. The name should be based on a data item in the bursted report. This way you could compose more specific document names for each burst recipient, for example "Dept 41A - 2020-04", "Dept 52J - 2020-04".

    The functionality is required for standard report management in the CA portal. Event Studio is not an option at the customers site.

    At my customer site there are 60 different outputs for each run. Currently, the appended PDF documents all have the same name. Data driven attachment names are a must. Creating 60 different report views is not an acceptable alternative.
