BI multitenancy features required for image handling in BI Studios

In a multi-tenant environment end customers need to be fully separated.
Currently if Report Studio or Query Studio is available to end customers, adding images to a report shows the same folder content for each customer. Therefore end customers are aware that they are not alone on the system.

The BI Gateway needs to be able to maintain an image location for each tenant on a system. So each tenant only sees their own content.

In addition to that the customer hosting the system needs to be able to inject images into one or multiple tenant image folders if they roll out pre-built packages.

The configuration for the folder names / logic should be done either via Cognos Configuration or via Cognos Administration.
