Provide filters in 'Included Content' to limit what is updated in the content store

We use SDK to show the saved outputs in our own application.  With Cognos 11, the default output version setting is 1.  To allow our clients to see the last 5, we run a job that updates the setting to 5 for all content in the tenant root folder.  The job updates the last modified date of the report which makes the client question changes being made when Dev work is locked down on the reports.  

It would be nice to add a feature that limits the job to only touch content in the specified folders IF the output version is currently set at a certain number (eg. 1).  There is no need to run updates on all the content that is already set to 5 from a previous job run.
