Expression for retrieving a list of PA subsets for a dimension

An expression of some sort is needed to retrieve a list of subsets for a dimension. The use case is to be able to create a dynamic report that gives users a dropdown of available subsets, allowing them to choose which one to use in their report output. Right now, available subsets can be viewed in the metadata tree but there is no expression to include a list of subsets in a report.

This expression would probably be quite simple. Something like:

subsets ( dimension )

The text names of subsets would probably be sufficient to return, as these could be used with a prompt macro to generate the identifer for the subset. Or perhaps a subset would have "MUN" and "Caption" equivalents.

Some ability to filter the list of subsets returned would also be ideal. At least on public/private (assuming at some point private subsets will be available), and perhaps on name as well.
