'Fred is Red' - Make specific datapoints always have same formatting

When creating visualisations, there is often the problem that similar datapoints will show up differently depending on how you look at it.

For example, when doing Social Media Analytics, 'negative' sentiment should always display in red, whereas 'positive' should always show up in green.
