Cascading Filter Prompts on Dynamic Dashboards

Global Filters and Tab Filters on Dynamic Dashboards cannot be assigned a Cascade Parent.  Users can create List Widgets to use as filters but this takes up screen space (see requests for "drop down" style text/list widgets to get around this issue, and 

But the existing Filter bar is collapsible, and the purpose of filters is to filter data, not to have to add additional widgets to do filtering.  Our users request the ability to assign cascading parentage to Filters.

e.g. Filter 1 = Region and has values for "Africa", "Asia", "Europe", and "North America"; Filter 2 = "Country" and cascades from Filter 1, such that if "Europe" is chosen for Filter 1 then only Country values with a relationship to "Europe" will be available for selection in Filter 2.  This is the
