Enable use of package-based filters employing macros in data modules

There are already several RFEs submitted that request the ability to use package query subjects with prompt macros in dashboards. The purpose of this request is to extend those in two ways.

1. We would like to be able to use query subjects containing various types of macros -- not only prompt macros -- in dashboards.

2. Additionally, we would like to employ these query subjects indirectly through data modules. That is, we would like to bring a package with a query subject containing one of these macro-using filters into a data module, inner join other content (e.g. a data set) to the package on data items filtered by the macro-using query filter, and, at least optionally, have the inner join enforced--resulting in filtering of the data in the data module by the package filter --even if data from the package is not put on the dashboard.
