We have the same problem with an Italian customer belonging to the Public Sector: customers need Exploration module in their country language.
This functionality is required apparently to enable the system to function also for non-English product language, in the situation where the user selects two elements and then chooses a visualization.
What i would like to recommend here is to alter the logic behind this request.
I don't think it is necessary to develop a solution here for all languages. It seems overkill as well. I would just ask the developers to make sure that there is always the selection of available visualizations ready. This could be implemented by making sure that the viz selection is not defined by the product language or anything. And that only the order of display is depending on the product language / selected column names.
You see, when 2 tables are selected, and a visualization is selected, in English always all possible visualizations are shown, regardless of the names or content of those tables. This should work also in any other language. The fact that the AI then would be able to read content names and adapt the order, that is something else.
