Add back Product Language "Slovak" in Cognos Analytis 11.0.13, 11.1* and above

The Cognos Analytics 11.0.13 and 11.1* no longer provide Slovak product language. This is an issue for user who do need their mother language to use the product when their English language is not strong enough. This might cause lose of customer in Slovakia.

    There is also big problem with searching. We have 400+ reports and 200+ PowerCubes.  All our reports and PowerCubes have Slovak Name and Description. Now we are unable to search based on our mother language. IBM confirmed that search is not working properly (See Trouble Tickek TS002264618).
