Cognos Analytics: Enable communication via proxy

Mr. Ronald Srnka from IBM and I are currently trying to implement Single-Sign-On for our IBM Cognos TM1 (Planning Analytics) at Bilfinger SE. However, while installing Cognos Analytics, we are facing the problem that the Cognos Analytics Service is not able to communicate via proxy with Azure using OIDC (Open ID Connect). Therefore, authentication via Single-Sign-On is still not working.

    Hello,

Can anyone provide us the steps on how do we connect to Azure from CA if proxy is enabled?

    Dear colleagues,

Are there any news regarding our problem?

    Thanks and best regards,

The problem is SSO is supposed to work with OIDC and Azure Cloud as identity provider. Between the CA Content Manager server and the Azure cloud is a proxy. There is a configuration for CA to communicate through a proxy missing.
