Control what to show in on-demand toolbar in Report Studio

Currently the on-demand tool bar in the interactive viewer or the preview mode of the report studio has a good number of options. Most times the users may not need all the options. The favorite options however are sort, filters and aggregate only. The explore and others are only nice to have and not used frequently. 

Having the ability for the administrators to control what options in the toolbar makes it easy for the clients and they will see only those options that they would like to use and do not end up with seeing warnings or errors upon wrong selection.

    11.1.7 has the ability to define which cognos role has access to onDemand toolbar. Report authors can also control this at report level.
    We do not plan to make the onDemand toolbar customizable at individual item level.

    We are constraint to put certains reports in fully interactive mode because we use some Custom controls, and it's possible only in the interactive viewer.
    But we don't want to provide the interactivity mode to the consumers of this reports.
    In addition, the "enable selection-based interactivity" report property is obsolete since 11.1.x
