Unable to convert the crosstab reports to charts


We are unable to Convert the existing Crosstab report to any Chart using Change Chart Type option/Change Visualization option from Demand tool bar as we are unable to view the charts under Demand tool bar's Change Chart Type/Change Visualization in 11.1.2 environment.

Generally, once you have the crosstab report opened/created, if you do down arrow click on demand tool bar's "Change chart type/Change Visualization option" then you should be able to view type of charts available under "Change Chart Type/Change Visualization" on Demand tool bar.

And you should be able to select the chart and then Crosstab should be getting converted to Chart automatically based upon the chart we selected .

But we are unable to see/view Chart types under Change Visualization/Change Chart type on the demand tool bar and Crosstab is not getting converted to chart in 11.1.2 environment but we are able to view charts and able to convert the existing crosstab reports to Charts in C10 and earlier C11 versions like 11.0.1.10 and 11.0.13 versions also.


Note: We have charts available in our environments like in another environments.
We are able to create the reports using charts but we are unable to convert to chart from crosstab as we are unable to view charts.

This behavior is consistent with expected behavior when using Relational modules and we are noticing this issue only with Dimensional modules.
