Support multilingual data labels for non-directly referenced query items in DQM

When you have a multilingual Framework Manager package and re-use query items (for example with a join or query reference) in your report. The data item labels of this report will be, in contrast to CQM, not in the content-locale language (defined in your framework) of your end user when using a DQM package.

The problem is that we have created a lot of reports (in CQM) for foreign customers, which cannot run these reports in their own language after a migration to DQM. (Re)creating (these) reports to one design language or work with explicit label properties for each language will be very time intensive and costly.

Acronyms:
CQM = Compatible Query Mode
DQM = Dynamic Query Mode
